Celebrity Prize Package

The 2011 NCLR ALMA Awards celebration continues! Thousands of viewers responded to our call for stories and feedback for a chance to win a celebrity gift package straight from the 2011 NCLR ALMA Awards gift lounge. After reading through amazing entries about how this year’s ALMA Awards impacted viewers and the excitement that this show caused in households throughout the nation, we had to choose just one lucky winner to take home the same items that talent at this year’s show enjoyed.

Kirsten Calderon of Bronx, NY was selected as this year’s Celebrity Prize Package winner for sharing the following with us:

The message I took away was: Anything is possible. It is amazing to see what so many people are able to accomplish. This award show portrays Latinos in a positive way and shows what we are capable of. It looked like such a great time if you were there but that great time reached through television screens and made us have a great time watching as well. I wish the show was longer!
